Propuesta de creación del departamento de salud y seguridad ocupacional, reglamento y manual para la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Escencia Indígena Ltda” en la ciudad de Ambato

The theme: "PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY RULES AND MANUAL FOR COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO ESCENCIA INDÍGENA LTDA". in Ambato city”. The present study was overall objective to create the department of occupational health and safety and manual for this enterprise. With the framework, through scientific, descriptive, information on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, whose content is properly supported and quoted the source from which it was gathered was obtained. Materials and methods are scientific, inductive, deductive and analytical method. Among the techniques and instruments used we have observation and survey. The population that was collected are the 100 employees of the entity, just as he met the manager and the head of Human Resources; They lack know who allowed and need to have a Department of Health and occupational safety regulations and that 82% of respondents expressed so, this will enable the entity to provide a better quality of life for its employees, avoiding occupational risks as evidenced by the 85% of respondents, as 72% do not know on how to avoid them, so these results directed to propose the creation of the department of occupational health and safety, yet have rules and manual for the Cooperativa de Ahorro y CréditoEscenciaIndígena Ltda. Concluding that the Cooperative requires a Department of Health and occupational safety, as well as need of a manual that regulates. Therefore recommending the department create and implement and enforce the Rules of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health to ensure the health of employees
