Achoimre:The anterior cruciate ligament tears in patients with open physis account for 0.5 -3%, the presence of acute hemarthrosis with maneuvers positive Lachman and pivot shift are indicative of ACL rupture. (14), in patients with open physis the same mechanism of injury can cause bone avulsion of the tibial spine, interstitial ACL rupture or combined with bone avulsion injury and interstitial associated ACL rupture. (15). Two basic options are surgical reconstruction, and conservative treatment. Consequently, many patients have been treated conservatively; however, conservative treatment is not without risks. It has been shown that 21-100% of children suffering ACL injury have coexisting meniscal damage (15). METHOD: This is a retrospective longitudinal study, the data were obtained from the log report of medical records and operative protocol for patients with ACL injuries who presented to the hospital of the Armed Forces not in the period from January 2010 to April 2013 .RESULTS: Data from 140 patients in this study met the inclusion criteria were obtained; 109 of these patients (77.8%) were male and 31 (22.2%) were women, the most common diagnosis was avulsion of the tibial spine (47.1%), followed by the femoral or tibial avulsion (42.1%) and intrasustacia ACL tear just corresponded to (10.7%) was evident that the majority of patients 67.1% were treated conservatively, surgical treatment was held at 32.9%, but only treatment is evidenced plasty LCA 10.7%. According to the assessment of the Lysholm scale, excellent results were demonstrated in 20%, 44.2% good results, fair results in 28.5% and poor in 7.3% of study patients. CONCLUSION: Using the full transfisaria art (Monotunel) any complications as physeal closure, angular deformity or length discrepancy in controls short term not evidenced.
