Achoimre: | The Vilcabamba Savings and Credit Cooperative "CACVIL", has a large amount of resources in its partners, it is unknown whether they were occupied for the purposes for which they were requested; the present research paper determines the use of microcredit, whether there are deviations from these funds for what was required, as there is no follow-up to the microcredits granted so it is important to know the actual benefit of those applying for such credit, thus the general objective is to determine the actual fate of microcredits through an analysis in order to establish their socio-economic impact, thus identifying the strengths and weaknesses of financial institution. To this end, the type of descriptive research was used, in analyzing, organizing and summarizing all the research obtained through an information survey, in order to know the reality of the socio-demographic conditions of the beneficiaries of the microcredit during the study period; Subsequently, socio-economic indicators and financial indicators of microcredit were applied which made it possible to know how these microcredits affect the quality of life of the partners. In the same way it was necessary to use the deductive method it was possible to compare the registered destination of the financial institution with the information obtained from the survey and through the inductive it was known the shortcomings that exist at the time of granting the microcredits and how this might affect their recovery. Finally, it is concluded that the Vilcabamba Savings and Credit Cooperative "CACVIL" does not have a process that allows microcredit to be tracked, so based on the information collected it was found that microcredits that are delinquent beneficiaries who have diverted the funds to another activity for which they were not hired. The financial institution has had a positive impact on each of the beneficiaries of the microcredit offered by the cooperative, by having the opportunity to perform in the different activities to which they are engaged and in this way allowing them to obtain stable income, for the sake of their well-being |
