Tóm tắt:In a world increasingly influenced by technology, it is surprising that the materials to energise classes are still anchored in traditional practices; therefore, this paper is to provided valuable knowledge regarding the use of educational hardware as a motivation booster within the educational environment. The research was performed using the inductive-deductive study method, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, a descriptive scope and non-experimental design type, which focused on analysing the use of Ludic Educational Hardware as a motivational booster in the Teaching-Learning Process of the Seventh-grade students from the primary school Unidad Educativa Tcrn. Lauro Guerrero. For the collection of data, three specific instruments were used; two structured questionnaires, adapted from the informative annex F of the UNE standard of the Spanish Association for Standardisation, along with an observation sheet of the didactic moments of the teaching-learning process of a class, developed from the Methodological Instructions for the Teacher of the First Stage of the Post-literacy Component of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador. The results obtained reveal that the use of Ludic Educational Hardware as a booster of motivation in the teaching-learning process is feasible, thanks to its characteristics linked to the six motivational factors mentioned in criterion six of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF). Consequently, its use as an incentive has proven to be effective in promoting active and motivating participation during the teaching-learning process.
