Beskrivelse
Summary:This project’s objective is to establish the connection between the work training and the work performance of the GADs’ employees from the parish of the Gonzanama Canton, holding as variables both, the Training and the work performance. The methodology chosen includes the personnel from the four Parish GADs of the Gonzanama Canton, which are a total of 24 people, to whom a survey was applied on the Likert scale. The dimensions of the Training Variable are: an analysis of training needs, the frequency of training courses, and the training topics; additionally, the dimensions of the work performance variable are: the assessment, the job knowledge, the responsibility in the work performance, the work environment and responsibility in the work performance, highlighting on the relatedness between the training and the work performance. As a methodology, it was applied a survey to all the 24 members of the Parish GADs, which results were tabulated using the SPSS Program. The results of the Investigation revealed that indeed there is some work training provided to all the GADs’ staff, but it is mostly directed to the presidents and secretaries, and therefore, it is sporadically directed to the vocals and moreover, the topics covered are not relevant for the performance of their duties, which is why the training offered during the current 2019-2023 administration, does not affect the work performance of the staff.
