Análisis jurídico y comparativo respecto de la reinserción laboral de los adolescentes infractores

The present work of curricular integration called "Legal and comparative analysis regarding the labor reinsertion of adolescent offenders" aims precisely to know the current state of treatment of adolescent offenders in the Ecuadorian context, as well as a brief reading of the approach in other countries. region of. The importance of addressing this study and the interest in its development attends to the changes generated in the regulations and legal bodies of the country, while a particular treatment is evidenced in the scenario of adolescent offenders. Through this research proposal it has been possible to know and reveal the scope of juvenile criminal justice applied in the trial and treatment of adolescent offenders, highlighting aspects such as rehabilitation within detention centers and options for social and labor reintegration. Ecuadorian regulations are based on the recognition of the rights of children and adolescents, however, in the face of an offending adolescent and the opportunities to return to social coexistence, there are many questions and the need to modify and strengthen aspects outside of policies public. For its application, it is important to highlight that an extended methodological proposal has been defined, with a series of methods and instruments that allow solving the research problem. Regarding the instruments, the use of the survey, the interview and the case study is pointed out, aimed at addressing the criteria of legal professionals and the analysis of a specific case that allows delving into the implementation of concepts such as rehabilitation, socio-educational measures, and reinsertion.
