| description | In the context of the company Leving Corporation S.A., challenges related to the lack of a clear organizational structure, the absence of function manuals, the lack of internal policies and the lack of occupational health and safety regulations were identified. These aspects affected the work climate, the delimitation of functions and the performance of the employees. Due to this, the main objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of specific measures on the management of the company's human talent, including the restructuring of the organization, the development of function manuals, the implementation of internal work regulations, the creation of an induction manual and the adoption of occupational health and safety regulations. The research was carried out through a mixed approach that included documentary analysis, interviews with management and employees, and the application of surveys to collect relevant data on the perception of personnel about the organizational structure. The results revealed that most of the workers were not familiar with the existence of a manual of functions or a clear organic-functional structure. Based on these findings, it was proposed the implementation of measures such as the restructuring of the organization, the development of function and induction manuals, internal work and safety regulations, which would contribute to clearly delimit the responsibilities of employees, promote a greater organization and planning, promote a harmonious and safe work environment, improve communication and coordination between departments, as well as strengthen the image and reputation of the company. Keywords: Organizational structure, function manuals, bottling company, companyEn el contexto de la empresa Leving Corporation S.A., se identificaron desafíos relacionados con la falta de una estructura organizacional clara, la ausencia de manuales de funciones, la carencia de políticas internas y la falta de un reglamento de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Estos aspectos afectan el clima laboral, la delimitación de funciones y el rendimiento de los empleados. Debido a ello, el objetivo principal de este estudio fue evaluar el impacto de medidas específicas en la gestión del talento humano de la empresa, incluyendo la reestructuración de la organización, el desarrollo de manuales de funciones, la implementación de un reglamento interno de trabajo, la creación de un manual de inducción y la adopción de un reglamento de seguridad y salud ocupacional. La investigación se llevó a cabo a través de un enfoque mixto que incluyó análisis documental, entrevistas a la gerencia y a los empleados, y la aplicación de encuestas para recopilar datos relevantes sobre la percepción del personal acerca de la estructura organizacional. Los resultados revelaron que la mayoría de los trabajadores no estaban familiarizados con la existencia de un manual de funciones o una estructura orgánico-funcional clara. Con base en estos hallazgos, se propuso la implementación de medidas como la reestructuración de la organización, el desarrollo de manuales de funciones e inducción, reglamentos interno de trabajo y seguridad, que contribuirían a delimitar claramente las responsabilidades de los empleados, promover una mayor organización y planificación, fomentar un ambiente laboral armonioso y seguro, mejorar la comunicación y coordinación entre los departamentos, así como fortalecer la imagen y reputación de la empresa.
