The largest form of support for private non-profit foundations are the donations they receive from other private institutions and from people who financially or through voluntary work help these institutions, but the donations are not so recurring, so that many times the foundations cannot continue with their operation, they cannot fulfill their objectives or they cannot help more animals in a state of abandonment, which is why in my curricular integration work I will discuss the importance of tax benefits for donors and animal foundations to encourage help for animals in a vulnerable state and generate more income. This curricular integration project has the general objective of carrying out a conceptual, doctrinal and legal study on tax benefits and their incidence in the permanence of animal protection and care foundations, where I have raised and exposed it in the development of this work, as well as I will demonstrate and demonstrate the objectives that I have proposed and finally a reform proposal. |
