| Sumari: | The cooperatives in the city of Loja as in the rest of the country, represents a financial service that is done through private law institutions operating under the legal regulations, to offer services such as savings, credit agreements payment, money transfers, among others. The end of Cooperatives is the recruitment and placement of monetary resources of the community, with the aim of working jointly to address the needs and aspirations of self-managing partners. In this sense for these Credit Unions can function and operate in the financial market, they have entrusted their administration to qualified both its management and administrative management for people. Theoretically the above, seems to find no problem for these organizations, but unfortunately it is not, because in the financial work there are many threats as a result of fraudulent practices, evasive, misleading, extortionist, that is contradictory to good morals and the legal framework established in our country; so that the present research work seeks to make a contribution to cooperative serving the city of Loja; through the use of ethics and to eradicate negative practices such as fraud, usury, embezzlement or other events that lead in many cases to credit famous bankruptcies which will undoubtedly cause economic damage to record the community involved. Therefore this study aims to establish the relationship between ethics and the development of the cooperative administrative activity itself, label under which many actors who at some time or another are involved in unethical behavior either as participants or bystanders. Establish the importance of business ethics is one of the pillars holding this investigation, since within every organization that manages and works with investment of money from third parties, often affected by dishonorable acts as embezzlement, fraud financial, improper recruitment, arbitrary disposition of funds, theft, diversion, etc. among many other financial crimes, which affect not only the image of a lender, but also social repercussions creating a climate of insecurity and mistrust in the financial system in general and to tarnish the good work of other cooperatives media or market. For these reasons, the present research, is a real contribution to the cooperative to do because it performs an approach to human behavior related to ethics, and develop a tool that will guide the union credit Loja, to strengthen its mission and vision, but above all protect the interests of shareholders or clients of the firms. To locate the employee as a faithful representative of the institution to which they belong, their actions must be established in the established legal framework, to be good people, honest, honest, ethical and moral principles ensuring conduct appropriate official or employee of the institution. As described in the preceding lines, the problem in this issue lies with the need for an ethics manual for employees of credit unions that contributes tothe enhancement of the cooperative and above all fulfill the mandate constitutional performing a real service to the community based on ethical and moral principles that guarantee the transparency of the employees and the services that offer this type of organizations.
