Summary:is thesis is born with the purpose of conducting a legal review of the Approval, under the urgent need to establish a systematization of approval with respect to malice and reckless people who are dismissed by this action that can be used by the employer. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador guarantees workers the full respect for the dignity, decent living wages and fair pay and the performance of a healthy work and freely accepted, and it guarantee's the right to work, in terms of human agency or autonomous Works inclusión sele sustentante and human care.
