Περίληψη:Within the restructuration framework of the artistic teaching on Ecuador, the curricular development for the subject main instrument - violin, includes the study of Sonatas and Partitas for violin solo by Johann Sebastian Bach. The main objective of this degree work is to contribute and facilitate the understanding and execution of these works by violin students of the Salvador Bustamante Celi School of Arts. In order to do this, the theoretical principles that rule, not only these works, but all the musical manifestations of the time, will be applied: affect theory and baroque rhetoric, subjects that facilitated communication and evocation of emotions. The proposal was specifically addressed to the twenty-one teachers of the String Area of the Salvador Bustamante Celi School of Arts in Loja city, inside the Loja canton and Loja province, especially to the violin teachers, since they will be the ones who will transmit this knowledge to their students. Nonetheless, many of the interpretive keys that are explained here can be extrapolated to music written for any other instrument or even the voice, and signed by any other author of the time, since they are interpretative and expressive conventions rather than technical keys for a particular instrument. In the violinistic world, the Sonatas and Partitas for " violin solo " have special importance for training and evaluation of expertise in young violinists; it goes from the entrance exams for any third and fourth level formative degree to being a decisive factor in the qualifying rounds of international competitions such as the Henryk Wieniawski International Violin Competition or the Queen Elisabeth Competition. Many interpreters consider the study of these works as the way to transform a student into a great teacher of his instrument. As a starting point for this work, a survey was carried out in order to probe the level of information that teachers handle regarding this matter; it turned out to be unknown to most. However, almost the entire teaching group expressed their interest in these principles and norms, and stated that they believed they were useful for the interpretation and teaching of the baroque repertoire. The recovery of old traditions such as baroque rhetoric and affect theory will provide the keys that allow interpreting this music in the deepest sense of the word, it stands as an effective resource when it comes to understanding the expressive force of the language of the Sonatas and Partitas
