Diagnóstico comunitario de salud de la Ciudadela Del Chofer La Banda sector IV y V, septiembre-diciembre de 2013

This research's main objective is to help strengthen the INTEGRAL MODEL SYSTEM WARNING NATIONAL FAMILY HEALTH COMMUNITY and Intercultural University Hospital Motupe, providing statistics and data that enable basic health teams - EAIS (Care Teams Integral health) formulate local health proposals, aimed at improving the quality of life of the community Ciudadela del Chofer La Banda Sector IV y V. The universe consisted of 173 families and 753 inhabitants, this research is descriptive, in which facts are detailed, characteristics related to the population and its environment, the instrument for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form complemented the information, the data also obtained results will serve as baseline was analyzed. Among the most relevant data include: that the most prevalent is the female sex, level of education is the most outstanding Bachelor, 4 Illiterate two of which is household head was found, it was identified that all children have full immunization scheme some problems of nutrition, school children and adolescents as most of them are with good nutritional status, most studies, the family planning method most commonly used is the rhythm. Regarding the epidemiological profile Hypertension is the most prevalent chronic disease affecting aged between 20 and 64, as found degenerative disease Lung Cancer, in terms of impact diseases have one with VHP and ARF, the most outstanding disability is physical.
