LA ORGANIZACIÓN COMUNITARIA FRENTE A LAS CONDICIONES DE VIDA DE LOS MORADORES DEL BARRIO LA AGUANGORA DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA Y LA INTERVENCION DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL.

The lack of community organization can give for different factors, they contribute to this, both the lack of community leaders to ensure the interest, welfare and development of the community themselves who can play an important role in promoting economic, social and local development in a sustainable manner "development. The neighborhood La Aguangora belongs to the rural parish of Taquil Loja city, bordered to the north: Subdivision tanning; South: Subdivision Macainuma; This: Macainuma and the road leading to the Canton Catamayo, and the West: Barrio Naranjito. The neighborhood does not progress because there is no adequate community organization that facilitate significant changes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the sector. The objectives were: To promote community organization to improve living conditions for the inhabitants of the neighborhood's Aguangora city of Loja, through the theoretical and scientific basis of the categories that underpin the problem by determining the causes and effects generated Community disorganization, with the conceptual explanation of the variables and indicators of the problem under study and the approach of a proposal in order to improve their living conditions. The methodology used was the Community Self, the same that allowed meet the objectives, using the first three stages: Stage 1: Initial exchange with the subject in need of professional action, Step 2: Exploring the stage, 5 Stage 3: Diagnosis and finding solutions. The instruments used were: observation, interview and survey applied to 150 residents of the neighborhood. The main findings are: a large number of people in the sector are disorganized, there is no union, lack of motivation, poor communication, rivalries between inhabitants, conformism President, is why we recommend running the proposal by the directors of the community to help with the organization and strengthening the communit.
