Zusammenfassung:The present Curricular work research, was focused on the implementation of curricular adaptations, trough the application of different methodologic strategies that allow to build significative learning in students, included the ones with special educational needs in the biology subjects. The aim of this research was: To enhance the learning achievement in students, through the application of methodologic strategies, oriented to the fulfilling of an inclusive education, in first year of baccalaureate in “Bernardo Valdivieso” Educative Unit, in biology subject, academic year 2022- 20223. The applied methodology corresponds to the inductive method, with a qualitative approach, because, through the direct observation in the educational contexts, the most relevant characteristics of the problem were identified, to then, intervene through the application of the proposal. On the other hand, the research is Participative Action Investigation, due to the active participation of both students, object of study, and the researcher, during the intervention proposal. In addition, according to the temporality, it corresponds to the transversal type, because, it was made previously in a definite period of time. After that, the results were obtained through the evaluation and research instruments, such as: evaluations, survey and interview, the same that were useful to determine if the objectives were reached or not. It is worth to mention that the obtained results were satisfactory, because it can be evidenced an increase in the academic approach of students, verifying through the improve of grades obtained at the end of the intervention. The curricular adaptations implemented, through the use of constructivist methodological strategies for the development of the teaching and learning process, allow to enhance significative learning in students with SEN, evidencing in the grades obtained by themselves.
