Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | The present research work entitled, Job classification manual and rules for admission and employment for Jimenez & Jimenez Store from Zaruma city, El Oro province, whose objective is to prepare a Job Classification Manual and a Regulation for admission and employment for Jiménez & Jiménez Store. In this regard the theoretical contents inherent to the subject were reviewed, as well as historical data, in order to determine the current situation of the store. Likewise, in the methodology, the deductive, scientific, descriptive and analytical methods were used, which helped to carry out the analysis of the current situation of the store, as well as the formulation of the proposal in a methodical and well-founded manner based on the data collected through the application of techniques which were addressed to 12 workers and the manager. The results obtained from the surveys were presented in tables and graphs, followed by an analysis of the current situation of the store. It was determined that 100% of the employees stated that the company does not have a functions manual or an admission and employment regulation, 75% stated that their functions are not properly delimited. Subsequently, conclusions and recommendations on the present research work were established.
