| Yhteenveto: | In current times the exclusion and the lack of job opportunities in the country has generated a decrease in the labor integration locally and nationally, this is why this research has as main objective to develop a “GUIDE FOR THE INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE SME OF THE CITY OF LOJA”, furthermore, this will act as a guide and it will allow to understand the functionality and integration of these people in labor issues. The methodology implemented in this study was descriptive and exploratory in nature, moreover, the historical documental method was applied, from which the information regarding national and international regulations and current laws were gathered; it has a quantitative approach, which allows to know if the enterprises have hired people with disabilities, for the analysis, a survey was made to the managers, with a sample size of 137 SME, the results obtained were analyzed through the Excel program, which helped discover the most relevant information. The results gathered in this study show that the most predominant gender among managers of the SMEs is male, currently 11% of the SMEs have hired people with disabilities, 25% of the employees have or have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, this diagnose being the most common, 1 out of 5 employees currently show signs of disability. The information collected and analyzed helped to conclude that small and medium enterprises have in fact incorporated people with disabilities, these enterprises do know the regulations regarding the inclusion of people with disabilities, they do not have a guide for the inclusion of people with disabilities, consequently, making the process of integration for this kind of individuals difficult for the enterprises. |
