Summary:Malocclusions may relate not only to the positions that the teeth adopt in the oral cavity, but also with facial bone structures. The objective of this research was to conduct a comparative study between the molar ratio according to the Angle classification and facial morphological pattern as rated by Graber in students 18-30 years old, on male, of the National University of Loja the mode of presential studies, in May-July 2014 period, for which the molar ratio of both intraoral form using medical history to determine the facial biotio determined, and; using photographs front extraoral. The results obtained with respect to the molar ratio was determined Angle Class was determinant with 72.6% .In the Graber morphological pattern showed the most frequent review Normofacialcon 61.4% .When these two entities are presented highest percentage ratio between Angle Class I and normofacial facial biotype, with 67.9% .With this we conclude that both Angle Class I and normofacial facial pattern, are most prevalent in the cases analyzed.
