The specific objectives allowed draw on theoretical referents that sustain the study object and guided the elaboration of diagnostic to indentify the principal factors that influencing in the deficient organization of residents and propose alternatives solutions To the development of this investigation was used the methodology of community self-development of Ramon Rivero, in their first three stages based in the paradigm investigation- action- participatory for the transformation of the reality; and the utilization of Qualitative techniques like the interview not structured, the direct observation for the description of reality and technique of group session: like quantitative techniques was used the survey from which we obtained quantifiable percentage results, that facilitated its interpretation and corroborate that the deficient organization affect directly the community development and this is influenced for the lack of interest and commitment of this residents and the participation in the Community. From this results was proposed a social intervention aimed to strengthening individual skills of each person to achieve the collective commitment and foment the organization and community development. |
