| Summary: | This thesis entitled: DEVELOPMENT OF A MARKETING PLAN FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF BALANCED PRODUCTION OF PUYANGO SOUTH (ASOPROYANGO) OF THE CITY OF ALAMOR, PROVINCE OF LOJA, FOR THE YEAR 2016, will allow to be known in the different sectors of the city Of ALAMOR and thus increase the clients that in turn will improve their income. In order to arrive to fulfill the present investigation diverse methods like descriptive, inductive, deductive and historical were needed; And techniques such as direct observation, interview and survey, which allowed the retrieval and processing of the information that will be necessary for the preparation of the Marketing Plan. The information was obtained from the first meeting of the president of the Association, questions to the 200 internal partners / employees, surveys for the 288 external clients, in the same way was made the direct observation in which it was possible to appreciate the Actual situation in which the association was and how it was managed internally in the company. With all the data obtained from the analysis of the external factors, it was possible to determine the opportunities that the association possesses and the threats that can be exposed in the market if the changes that are needed to increase its sales are not made soon. Following the analysis of internal factors, we will describe the strengths of the company: • Own place where the company operates. • Part of machinery for production. • Credibility of the leaders of the organization that owns the company. • The organization has a legal life. • The people who work in the company are partners to close relatives of the partners. • Support of those who believe in the organization. According to the analysis of the EFE matrix, it is determined that the weighted factor is 3.29, it means that the association is in an average level, which indicates that the opportunities and threats that the company is taking advantage of are being taken advantage of. In the EFI matrix analysis, the weighted factor is determined to be 3.95, indicating that the association is leveraging its strengths and possessing a strong internal position. After completing this analysis, conclusions and recommendations are established which are necessary in this research. Once the Marketing Plan for the Association is implemented and thus taking advantage of the opportunities that will make the company arise and improve the production to position itself in the market, it will be possible to achieve the objectives proposed for the growth, Company and thus obtain more customers, production and profitability. |
