要約:Nowadays it is not enough to transmit content to students through conventional classes, but it is necessary to make use of various strategies and materials that allow rapid understanding, because children are more active, curious and explorers; and, in addition, they are exposed to various information technologies that present a high activity and variety of audiovisual resources, which capture their attention easily, so the present research work intends to determine how ICT influences the teaching-learning process of students of the Fiscomisional Educational Unit "Nuestra Señora del Rosario" to promote a participatory motivational environment in the classroom that would promote in students not only a significant learning of the contents, but also the development of skills through the development of skills, through the use of ICT, but also the development of skills, through the use of innovative and interactive technologies to face new educational challenges linked to current technological advances, transforming lives and generating changes in each of the areas, rethinking the way of teaching and calling for a decisive change in their methods and tools. A study has been conducted with a quantitative and qualitative approach; with a descriptive type scope; the deductive and analytical method, the information was collected through surveys and as an instrument the questionnaire, a sample of 10 teachers, 150 students and 150 parents of the Educational Institution was taken into account. As a result, it was obtained that the tools most used by students as support in the teaching-learning process are computer, cell phone, projector; likewise, they use the virtual platform Google Classroom which allows students to increase the opportunities to access knowledge and help to enrich, transform and complement the academic trajectory of the student.
