It does not discard in taking part of any bidding of these services proposed by the Public Sector. The principal impact of the plagues in the country they are the human losses and economic direccionadas to the health of the man. There does not exist any mechanism that allows us to escape to his disgusting presence, but thanks to the evolution of the technology and of the opportunity that across the years us one presents to the men of preparing ourselves across the investigation to control all kinds of plagues turning nowadays into one of the services most needed in the market. The demand of services of fumigation and monitoring is a market that grows constant since it is an essential element for any brand. FUMISUR's principal aim CIA. LTDA, is to satisfy the requirements and requirements of the client, possessing excellent machinery and workforce; For the financing of this project it is foreseen to possess the own capital from the partners and a lending to a bank company. To be able to carry out this work a General Aim considered: " To elaborate a Project of Feasibility for the Installation of a Company of Services of Control of Plagues in Loja's City "; and in order to give him fulfillment there were projected 5 Specific Aims that are: To realize a market research and to determine the unsatisfied demand, To determine the technical study and the engineering of the project to know the size and the process of presentation of the service that will offer the company, To determine the investments of the project for his putting in march, To measure the profitability of the project across an analysis of costs and income and To realize the economic - financial evaluation. To give fulfillment to the aims before mentioned the technology of the observation was in use where it allowed to obtain a clearer vision on the reality in which they find the rival companies, as well as the application of the interview and survey; in addition there were used a series of methods which were: scientific, analytical, inductive, deductive method. In the first aim the sampling was applied by a margin of reliability of 95 % and 5 % of mistake in which a survey was formulated to determine the unsatisfied demand; for the second aim there was realized the capacity installed and used of the project, also there were designed the flowcharts of the service that is going to lend; for the third aim there were realized the pictures of all the budgets of machinery, tools, equipment of safety, apparel of personnel, vehicle, equipments of office, depreciations, amortizations; For the fourth aim the profitability of the project measured up across an analysis of costs and income and finally for the fifth aim the Financial Evaluation was realized where there is realized the current clear value (THEY) (GO), rate hospitalizes of return (TIR), period of recovery of the capital (PRC), relation I benefit cost (RBC) and the analysis of sensibility; the same ones who allowed to measure and to compare the diverse benefits of the available resources for the years of useful life of the project. In the results that the project threw us it will initiate the financial activities with the capital of $ 45.861,67 and with a credit of 20.000,00 $. Later the Administrative Organization was realized applying the administrative procedures, being necessary the creation of six working places for those that there designed a manual of functions that it coordinates with the activities of the personnel. The Budget of Total Costs indicated that for the first year 118.193,44 dollars are needed of $, obtaining a revenue of $ 146.630,79 with a clear usefulness of $ 16.315, 92 and reaching a point of balance of $ 106.137,44 and with a cash flow of $ 16.568,31 all that for the first year though all the mentioned budgets were realized for 5 years of useful life of the project. Finally there decided the indicators of the Financial Evaluation with positive results as Current Clear Value: $ 139.388,91; the Period of Recovery of the Investment will be of: 4 years, 28 days; the Relation I Benefit Cost it will be of: 1 or 25 cents of profit for reversed dollar; the Internal Rate of Return will be 73 %, and the Analysis of Sensibility throws a result of 1 is to say that the project is sensitive for his execution for the financial viability and economic benefits. This Project is directed specifically to the Control and Extermination of Plagues by products that do not concern the health of the human being and they reach to the conservation of the environment. |
