Итог:This research work titled Participatory Formulation of Agroecological Management Plan of Agricultural Technical High School "Edmundo Cevallos" in Colaisaca parish, was developed in Calvas Canton of Loja province, with the support and participation of the educational community in all development process. With the purpose of contributing for improving the quality of agricultural technical education at the High School "Edmundo Cevallos" through competitive youth training, which help to good living, the following objectives were stated: to formulate in a participatory way, the Agroecological Management Plan of CTA farm "Edmundo Cevallos" and to implement a Productive Education Project to link the Agricultural Technical High School with the community. During the execution two stages were considered: in the first one the diagnostic phase was carried out, in which the initial situation of the high school was identified; characterization cards and application of methodological tools were used, and the FODA matrix and involved people matrix were used too; then construction of tree problem, objectives tree and the filling of the logical framework matrix were made, this stage finished with the elaboration of the Management Plan of the Farm. In the second stage the socialization of the Management Plan for the educational community was performed, in which the prioritization of the possible production programs was made; then, the designs of the programs were carried out with the participation of the teachers of the technical area and, the results of this work stage was the implementation of four productive education projects as: guinea pigs, birds, pigs and the construction of an specific area for nursery and production of prepared organic fertilizers. These productive educational endeavors, are places assigned for teaching and learning of students of the High School, where practical activities were increased by 35%; and this is part of the working units that the teacher develop during the school year.
