The present investigation entitled "THE ACADEMIC TUTORIES AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SKILLS WITH CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE IN THE STUDY OF THE CINEMATICS IN THE STUDENTS OF FIRST YEAR OF UNIFIED GENERAL BACCALAUREATE OF THE SCHOOL OF BACHILLERATO BEATRIZ CUEVA DE AYORA OF THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2016 - 2017. ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES ", it had as general objective to determine the influence of the academic tutorials in the achievement of skills with criterion of performance in the study of the Kinematics in the first year students of Unified General Baccalaureate, the research is of descriptive and explanatory type, for its realization the scientific method, hypothetical-deductive method and the analysis-synthesis method was used, supported with the use of the bibliographic technique which allowed to search for information and in turn to base the investigation, the survey was applied for obtaining data, the same that is related to the variables of research and was aimed at students and teachers of the subject of Physics. Among the main results is that the level of incidence of academic tutoring in the achievement of skills with performance criteria is low, the tutoring is frequent, you consider it good, however the students fail to fully develop the skills with criteria performance.
