The Region South of the Ecuador, especially in the province of Loja, there are important tourist attractions with a different climate, soil quality, biodiversity that deserves special attention in marked. Guillermo Falconi Espinosa University City carries this name in honor of one of the rectors of the National University of Loja, there are operating five of the six areas administrative academic. It has approximately 20000 students. In this university town there are important tourist attractions recognised at local, national and international level. This research entitled "Proposal of SIGNAGE tourist to the City University William FALCONI ESPINOSA DE LA City of LOJA" was made in the interest of contributing to the promotion and dissemination of the tourist attractions that has the National University of Loja. For this purpose it was necessary to plating objectives, General: prepare a proposal for implementation of tourist signs to the University City Guillermo Falconi Espinosa from the city of Loja. specific objectives: a diagnosis of the current situation of the University City Guillermo Falconi Espinosa; develop a proposal for tourist signs to the University City Guillermo Falconi Espinosa that optimizes its promotion and tourist dissemination; and socialize the proposal with the authorities of the National University of Loja in order to run it. Different methodologies were applied to the development of each of the objectives, so that for the first objective surveys applied to groups of students in all areas, was the inventory of tourist attractions of the campus, taking as reference the methodology of the Ministry of tourism, was compiled bibliographic information and field. Using essential tools such as GPS, camera. 6 For the second objective methods were used as the descriptive, analytical and synthesis essential to select and justify the information collected on bibliographic sources that were located in the proposed signage, signage that it was designed in the Autocad program. It is noteworthy that for the design of fences, totems, pictograms considered corporate tourist signs for the Ministry's branch Manual, since it indicates the parameters and requirements necessary for the design of the signage. The fulfillment of socialization, which is the third goal, was performed by the call and assistance of stakeholders, a report was prepared for this written proposal, as well as the digital presentation, this socialization were agreements and commitments for the implementation of this proposal. Likewise the necessary observations to improve the proposal posed were made. As results were 5 main attractions that the City University, such as: the University culture square, Quinta Punzara, La Algeria Experimental Station, University education and recreation environmental Francisco Vivar Castro and Park Botanischer Garten Reinaldo Espinosa, which due to its characteristics are located in hierarchies of II and III. Also highlights that these sites have complementary attractions that are part of the environment of tourism such as monuments, murals, museums, interpretation rooms that generate a value added to the attraction. It was noted the services existing in terms of power, safety, health, banking, communication, essential to visit the sites. The aspect investigated rigorously was signage, of statistical and visual way, since asked the critical point of view of the students about the current signage in University City, which highlights that there are problems of location, lack of information, inadequate signage, stressing the necessary innovation of signaling system. For this reason it has developed a proposal of signage considering the fragility of the natural and cultural environment, in the same way the aesthetic in terms of display and standards set forth in the manual of signalling of the Ministry of tourism. 7 It is concluded that the University City Guillermo Falconi Espinosa, has tourist benefits with great potential that can hoard various market segments, so the tourist sites need to be urgently appropriate security for tourists and signposted for better institutional image, considering that the University has a main category within the Senescyt. Recommended to the authorities of the National University of Loja do necessary management efforts so that the present proposal of signalling of the Ciudad Universitaria Guillermo Falconi Espinosa to take effect
