总结:The present titled investigation; It PROGRAMS OF TECHNICAL PSYCHOMOTOR to DEVELOP READINESS TO THE READING AND WRITING IN THE CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OF INITIAL EDUCATION OF THE FISCAL MIXED SCHOOL ALONSO DE MERCADILLO OF THE CITY DE LOJA, PERIOD SEPTEMBER 2013-JULY 2014, it constitutes the contribution especially for the teachers for the children so that they develop the psychomotor in a same way it offers necessary information about the affective development that can contribute to the solution of the problem; as well as he/she will allow to know the educational reality in the institutions of the city of Loja. In the investigative process he/she thought about the following objectives: To identify the theoretical sustenance of technical psychomotor and of the Readiness to the reading and writing of the 4ª5 year-old children, and he/she can. To determine the difficulties in the period of Readiness to the reading and writing that the children of 4ª5 years of initial education of the fiscal mixed school present Alonso of Mercadillo of the city of Loja. To organize a program of technical psychomotor to develop the period of Readiness to the Reading and writingin the children and 4ª5 year-old girls. To apply the program of technical psychomotor that you/they allow to develop the Readiness to the Reading and writingin of the children of initial education of the fiscal mixed school Alonso of Mercadillo of the city of Loja, you can conclude. That the techniques of the exercises psychomotor strengthen the domain of the handling of the digital clip of the dominant hand what allows to control the writing in an acceptable way and it is recommended. To the teacher of the school Alonso of Mercadillo of the city of Loja, and to the family parents so that by means of daily exercises they help the children, to establish an appropriate development of the musculature of the hand and of the expensive one and they can pronounce this way efficiently the words and with stability they cannot control the writing in clear and understandable features alone for the boy but for the rest of people.
