The general objective of this research is to propose a digital marketing plan for the “B&Z” Hardware Store in order to increase sales by applying appropriate digital strategies, and valuable content published on social media. The methodology used when carrying out this study was descriptive. A quantitative approach was used as well as research instruments such as a survey and an interview to collect information. To analyze the data collected, a survey was applied to 315 customers, which were selected from the company’s database by applying the sample size formula. The results show that the B&Z hardware store does not use digital marketing properly, giving little importance to digital strategies, which can increase product sales. It can be concluded that reducing the digital gap facilitates the development of digital strategies and, hence, the increase in product sales. The implementation of this digital marketing plan will make it possible for the “B&Z” hardware store to increase 1% of its monthly sales and 12% of its annual sales by executing online sales and applying digital strategies addressed to people who are immersed in social media or the digital world.
