Sumari:The present works "FORMULATION OF A PLAN OF IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY MARÍA AUXILIADORA, OF THE PARISH PACHICUTZA, CANTON PANGUI COUNTY DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE" consists on the elaboration of production strategies to be applied in this property, same that will allow to offer some benefits, being the main one; the position of projects of improvement focused each one of the productive environments to work in the property, at the same time will contribute to generate a planning for the development of the products and services to be offered on the part of the property. The used methodology consisted on carrying out a diagnosis through FODA, to know the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats and in function of it was selected it the strategies that became projects that look for the productive and administrative appropriate handling of the property to future. The results obtained sample that; the property at the moment only produces gramineous species dedicated to the feeding of the bovine livestock; the pastizales production in monocultivo is being causing of the presence of plagues that attack to the cultivations; it doesn't have a plan of improvements that guarantees the profitable production; it doesn't have machinery dedicated to improve the agricultural production; the existent facilities in the property are in not well state, disabling the appropriate handling of the same one; use of seeds of low productivity in the property; I use of technical inadequate of watering in the productive areas of the property; scarce handling accountant of the use of the resources inside the productive and administrative processes inside the property due to the nonexistence of an enabled professional; the productive agricultural and cattle processes technician of the property, they are managed in an empiric way; the consumption of the pastizales on the part of the bovine ones is being in disordered form and without any specific control In conclusion the plan of improvements has as initiative to look for a strategic vision guided toward the increment of the productivity of the property. The optimization of all the existent resources is recommended in the property, to strengthen the management processes between the property and the existent institutions in the sector, among other.
