Тойм:The accelerated advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has sparked a growing interest in its application in the educational domain through various tools, such as ChatGPT. This research aimed to analyze the use of ChatGPT in education through a systematic review of scientific literature from the year 2022 onwards, using the PRISMA methodology through searches in the Scopus and SciELO databases, including scientific articles and other types of academic literature. The research methodology employed is a quantitative, descriptive approach, utilizing deductive method. The technique of documentation and systematic review of scientific literature was applied to develop a matrix of scientific publications and extract important data from the analyzed studies. Findings indicate that ChatGPT is predominantly used in the tertiary level (Higher Education) and moderately in the secondary level (General Basic Education and High School), and to a lesser extent in the primary level (Initial Education). Similarly, its applications range from content creation to learning assistant, among others. It was finally determined that the use of ChatGPT in education shows sustained growth across different academic levels, demonstrating a clear inclination towards its integration into teaching and learning processes. Furthermore, its versatility is highlighted as it encompasses a variety of activities for both teachers and students. This study opens doors for future research on the policies and regulations necessary for the proper use of ChatGPT in various educational levels.
