The stated objectives could be met; so it was started with an interview with the Manager and Accountant, to collect truthful and timely information on the Financial Statements and more supporting documents for the years 2014-2015; then the application of vertical analysis, horizontal analysis and the application of indexes or financial ratios according to the economic need of the Cooperative as the Liquidity, Activity, Leverage and Profitability; Also, the presentation of a financial analysis report that allows its owners to make the right decisions. Finally, it can be concluded that through the application of the Financial Analysis Tools, it was established that the "Zamora Chinchipe" Transport Cooperative has a high capital of its own and that the Earned Income is not generating a good Financial Return. The report presented will serve its Administrators as help for the development of it. |

The report presented will serve its Administrators as help for the development of it.El presente trabajo de tesis, se realizó con el propósito de evaluar el desempeño Financiero de la Cooperativa de Transportes “Zamora Chinchipe”, el cual servirá de ayuda a los dirigentes para la correcta toma de decisiones; A si mismo con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento con uno de los requisitos establecidos en el Reglamento de Régimen Académico, previo a optar el grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público Auditor. Se pudo cumplir con los objetivos planteados; por lo que se partió con una entrevista al Gerente y Contadora, para recopilar información veraz y oportuna de los Estados Financieros y más documentos soportes de los años 2014-2015; seguidamente la aplicación del Análisis vertical, Análisis Horizontal y la Aplicación de Índices o Razones Financieras acordes a la necesidad económica de la Cooperativa como la de Liquidez, Actividad, Apalancamiento y Rentabilidad; Así mismo la presentación de un informe del Análisis Financiero que permita a sus propietarios la correcta toma de decisiones oportunas. Finalmente se puede concluir que mediante la aplicación de las Herramientas del Análisis Financiero, se pudo establecer que la Cooperativa de Transportes “Zamora Chinchipe” posee un alto Capital propio y que las Utilidades ganadas, no están generando una buena Rentabilidad Financiera.
