description In the kitchens solar type box the selected variation sources, they intervene directly in the efficiency of the cooking system. In this work it is determined the levels that have bigger incidence in the behavior of the kitchens. They were designed and they built three kitchens solar type box of physical and constructive similar characteristics in which is only varied their depth, which were rehearsed under climatic similar conditions, ah these kitchens they are adapted a system by means of which is possible to vary the rehearsed different reflection angles, as well as it is possible to exchange the badges reflectors for the different materials proposed for the experiment. The experiences were carried out at random according to a design trifactorial for blocks. The variable of selected answer was the temperature. The obtained data were studied using technical of variance analysis, being determined that the sources of variation selections intervene significantly in the gain of heat. One also carries out an analysis of multiple regressions being obtained the mathematical pattern that reflects the behavior of the kitchens solar enrayadas. And lastly one carries out an analysis of optimization determinant that the depth (20cm), the material (mirror 92.5 reflectivity %) type and the reflection (30) angle, they are the best levels, to obtain a maximum efficiency in the kitchens solar type box.

En este trabajo se determina los niveles que tienen mayor incidencia en el comportamiento de las cocinas. Se diseñaron y construyeron tres cocinas solares tipo caja de similares características físicas y constructivas en las cuales se varia únicamente su profundidad, las cuales fueron ensayadas en similares condiciones climáticas, a estas cocinas se les adapto un sistema mediante el cual es posible variar los diferentes ángulos de reflexión ensayados, así como también es posible intercambiar las placas reflectoras para los distintos materiales propuestos para el experimento. Las experiencias se realizaron de acuerdo a un diseño trifactorial por bloques al azar. La variable de respuesta seleccionada fue la temperatura. Los datos obtenidos se estudiaron utilizando técnicas de análisis de varianza, determinándose que las fuentes de variación selecciones intervienen significativamente en la ganancia de calor. Se realizo también un análisis de regresión múltiple obteniéndose el modelo matemático que refleje el comportamiento de las cocinas solares enrayadas.
