| Summary: | The objective of this research is to determine the feasibility of creating a company producing and marketing of ornamental plants and marketing in Quito which allowed the use of different methods and techniques that research allows, as the Deductive Method, Method, Statistical Method, among others. Such data management is testing purpose, a part of the reality of one or more vertical consequences deduced from the general and specific objectives of the research. The use of these methods allowed to reach the culmination of this work and that to do so he had to follow the steps of understanding and demonstration of the same application. The market survey conducted in the city of Quito, with a sample of 400 personnel of the economically active population; Weighted surveys have analyzed the results and then perform market analysis, determining the potential demand of 876,370 people, 534,586 people Real Demand, Demand 251,255 people, who buy 1,105,523 ornamental plants, the plants 1,010,496 Offer ornamental and Unmet Demand 95,027 ornamental plants, which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be run by the results obtained in the analysis of demand, supply and marketing levels for this product. The installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 76,800 ornamental plants having a capacity of 61,440 will be used ornamental plants, which produce 80% of installed capacity for the first year, plus the location is determined the same to be located in the city of Quito, and Cuenca in Manabi streets. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will guarantee for a quality product at reasonable prices. Then the project engineering process diagrams determining the characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures develops. Also an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and the functional organizational structure hierarchical levels both Legislative, Executive, Consultant Level Support Assistant, Operational Level Level as well as operating manuals, charts was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, since there will be the following personnel: Manager, a Secretariat Contadora a Concierge-Keeper, who will be part of the administrative staff and operational staff distributed as follows: three Workers, a sales manager and a seller. The project reaches an investment of $ 219,640.79 and will be financed with contributions from partners the 41,02% of the total investment corresponding to $ 89,640.79 and a loan that will keep the project with the Development Bank constitute the corresponding to 58,98 % $ 130,000 10-year period to 11% annual interest. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the NPV of this project gives us a positive value of $ 25,298.40, which indicates that the project or investment is suitable. For this project IRR is 13.58%, this being satisfactory value for the project, the time it would take to recover the original investment would be 4 years, 11 months and 3 days for this project, the sensitivity values are less than one, so do not affect the project changes in costs and revenues increased 29.78% and decreased in 17.01%, respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes.
