Crynodeb:The research Determining Factors in the Persistence and Completion of Students with Physical Disabilities in Higher Education, aimed at analyzing the factors influencing the persistence and completion of students with physical disabilities in the FEAC programs, to determine impacts and propose methodologies that favor their stay, through detailed exploration of faced barriers; specific objectives: identify the main barriers faced by students with physical disabilities during their trajectory in FEAC programs, through the analysis of personal experiences, academic and social obstacles, in order to thoroughly understand the challenges that limit their successful persistence; evaluate the impact of emotional support on academic performance, persistence, and completion of students with physical disabilities in FEAC programs, through the analysis of existing support strategies, to determine their influence on educational achievements and the emotional well-being of students; determine how FEAC teachers contribute to the academic performance of students with physical disabilities, through the application of a survey, to establish their contribution within the framework of inclusive education; its approach is mixed, descriptive and explanatory, non-experimental design; as methods: documentary analysis, quantitative and qualitative data; instruments include interviews with authorities and surveys to teachers and students with disabilities; the investigated population includes 31 students, 30 teachers, and 3 authorities, the research reveals that the most influential factor in the persistence and completion of higher education studies in people with disabilities is economic, as students not only have expenses in their studies but also incur additional costs. Financial limitations affect the student by not having sufficient resources to finance their university studies.
