Among the objectives set out is the general objective, which is entitled: To propose a manual of processes and procedures for the Saraguro Educational Unit, in order to establish in a general way the guidelines or guidelines that lead to the achievement of institutional objectives, where The organized administration is clearly established to give an optimum use of all the human, financial, technical and other resources that lead to the success of the educational institution, which will assume a set of provisions that will allow it to make the most appropriate decisions so that the processes Administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative and administrative levels. play.
