After carrying out the respective situational diagnosis, it was possible to determine the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that the Saraguro Educational Unit has, thus raising the respective research objectives. Among the objectives set out is the general objective, which is entitled: To propose a manual of processes and procedures for the Saraguro Educational Unit, in order to establish in a general way the guidelines or guidelines that lead to the achievement of institutional objectives, where The organized administration is clearly established to give an optimum use of all the human, financial, technical and other resources that lead to the success of the educational institution, which will assume a set of provisions that will allow it to make the most appropriate decisions so that the processes Administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative, administrative and administrative levels. play. After having obtained the data that this project gave like the elaboration of the business philosophy for the Saraguro Educational Unit, and without having a well-defined organization chart, an organization chart was created that allows the full identification of its functions with its hierarchies and levels , Which is available to the Authorities of the Saraguro Educational Unit and it is also possible to consolidate a proposal for a manual of functions, which are reflected in the conclusions and it is recommended to launch the proposal of a manual of processes and Procedures for the human talent department of the Saraguro educational unit, Catón Saraguro, Province of Loja, for the year 2016.
