Περίληψη:Our country has a number of important products of plant and animal origin can industrialize and market, which would allow the opening of new markets and a competitive advantage over the competition with other countries. Every activity has economic impact, creating producer and marketer of beef leg intended, use of existing natural resources in the province of Loja, which would improve economic and social conditions of the people who will engage in micro production leg of beef delicacy. This idea industry to assist in the business development, also generate employment opportunities for qualified and unqualified staff. Furthermore it will contribute to food of citizens in the consumption of a product that provides health guarantees that are required. This project has the main objective is to "develop a feasibility project for the creation of a company producing beef delicacy leg and marketing in the city of Loja" To study this investigation deductive methods, inductive, analytical, statistical and direct observation techniques, bibliographic collection, surveys, which helped to analyze real data from a problem found and the analysis and verification of relevant information to be used the development of each of the studies that make up the project feasibility, which is ultimately determined the following results. The study of market segmentation held in the city of Loja, to a projected 45 535 to 2013 families, using a total population of 396 surveys, determined that the project can and should be run by the results of the analysis of supply and demand. It has been shown that there is an unmet demand for 376 962 units delicacy beef leg. The technical study indicates that this project will have an installed capacity to produce 331 731 units of 250g, which corresponds to a percentage of care of 88% of unmet demand and capacity utilization for the first year corresponding to 255.255 units delicacy leg beef. Administrative-legal study was conducted, considering the nature of the company to be formed and the advantages of in relation to other organizations, NUTRIMANJAR, will be formed as a Limited Liability Company. and functional organizational structure to the hierarchical levels and the implementation of proper organization. The financial study indicates that the total investment is $ 221,871.70 USD, the financing will be to own and foreign capital; with total costs for the first year of $ 430.105.74 and revenues of $ 559,137.46. The Breakeven showed that the company must sell $ $ 200,443.91 and use the 35.85% of installed so that the company does not win or lose capacity. The financial evaluation of this project has the following results: VAN with a positive value of $ 598,234.90, indicating that the project is convenient run. PRC will be 8 years, 3 months, 14 days. R / BC states that for every dollar invested there will be a gain of 0.44 cents. IRR 51.19%, proving to be greater than the opportunity cost of capital is 12%. Sensitivity analyzes with increased costs of 24.1% and a decrease of 17.15% revenue, both with a maximum sensitivity of 0.99% .Such as evidenced by the financial indicators is found that the implementation of this project is feasible, for so its implementation is recommended
