Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una lavadora y lubricadora de vehículos en el cantón Gonzanamá provincia de Loja

The project's overall objective Develop a "Draft Feasibility for Implementing a Washer and Lubricator in Canton Gonzanamá Loja Province." After analyzing the results, we conclude that: In the Market Study has identified a potential demand of 698 vehicle owners who take their vehicles to a washer and Lubricator, real demand of 605 vehicle owners who go to wash and change their motor oil in the canton Gonzanamá, effective demand of 543 vehicle owners would support this new production entity, an average annual use of 14 vehicles washed and lubricated in a year per vehicle. The balance between supply and demand resulted in an unmet demand of 5,739 vehicle owners who want to acquire the laundry and lubricated. The size and location of the project, located at Av September 30 between May 24 and November 18 in the Gonzanamá canton in the province of Loja, the physical space has all basic services is presented in Technical Study conducted for operation, attaching the plane of the physical layout of the plant, the engineering project is the process of washing and lubricated at all stages. Regarding Organizational and Management Study, the legal organization intends establishing the company as a Limited liability Company has two shareholders, whose corporate name is “Clean Car Co. Ltd. “, in administrative and study the administrative organization arises through charts and manual functions. The Financial Studio is stated that the creation of the company investing $ 79,355.23 is required. The founding members provide 75 % of investment and 25% with a credit for the amount of $ 20,000 and an interest rate of 10% annually. The Income Statement shows a net income of $ 23,034.74 in the first period, the cash flow is $ 32,956.14 in the first year. The evaluation of the project showed that the net present value is positive with a value of $ 69,677.14, the internal rate of return of 37.70 % is greater than the opportunity cost of capital of 12% the cost benefit indicates that the cleaning service for every dollar spent 28.3 cents of performance is obtained, while in the service of lubricated every dollar spent 15 cents of profit will be obtained. The investment will pay off in 2 years, 3 months and 22 days and , based on the sensitivity analysis demonstrates a satisfactory result allowing 11.04 % increase in costs and a decrease in revenues of 7.84 % . Demonstrating the project is feasible and profitable for the investor which execution is recommended due to its high yield and its important contribution to business development and Gonzanamá Canton and province.
