Čoahkkáigeassu:In the present introduction, it is briefly described how this work has been developed in each one of its parts, the economic investment that has been made and that consists of each one of its chapters.     The project "Design and Construction of a Didactic Board for a Telephone Switchboard", is a project made with the didactic usefulness of the "Energy, Non-Renewable Industries and Natural Resources" area and especially Race of "Electronic Technology", since in the pensum of studies of this race exists a unit that deals with the telephony. This didactic project will serve as an appropriate experimental material for this unit and for general knowledge of all, as this project will remain in the Electronics Laboratory of our Area. A folder with a format of three programming practices of the central unit and a complete user practice for the management of the central unit by the user will be attached.    In addition it is necessary to inform that since I have done this didactic project I have only made a considerable economic investment since taking into account only the wooden board, the central telephone, the proprietary telephone and the five simple telephones, all these brand Panasonic reach the amount Of $ 610.00.      In the first chapter we begin by explaining the types of telephone exchanges, and then we go into the central offices with their integrated services which are incorporated through small hardware and software and the associated services where larger equipment is added by means of signaling protocols. Its complexity and non-massive applicability make its implementation difficult.    Chapter 2 details the features of the KX-T206 telephone switchboard, where it is easy to install, easy to program even with simple telephones and other main features such as: speed dial memories, dual day / night programming, recording Outgoing message and fax connection with DISA card, Doorphone, restriction of call classes, call transfer, conference service, distinctive ring, etc.    Chapter three explains the complete programming of the switchboard in three installation environments: a school, a commercial distributor and a residential building. The practices are done taking into account the different needs that each environment has and taking advantage of all the utilities offered by the center. In addition these practices consist of a basic programming in which are detailed tables for the programming of the extensions and a more technical programming where more technical and specific parameters are adjusted.    Chapter four outlines the conclusions and recommendations of the project. Chapter 5 presents the literature on which the project is based.        And in chapter six it is complemented with the annexes, where the characteristics of the central telephone, the considerations before installing the system, the norms of the telephone wiring, the denomination of the programming parameters, the time diagram, the Programming tables, installation of the central unit, serial numbers with the prices of the equipment purchased, the measurements of the board, a location plan of the central telephone and the photograph of the board of the center.
