Reforma al Codigo del Trabajo Instituyendo que los Operarios y Aprendices Artesanales entren al Régimen de Beneficios Sociales en concordancia con la Constitución

This thesis aims to expose the unconstitutionality of the negative that operators and apprentices of craft workshops, receive payment of the additional remuneration, an express right of workers, which is determined in the current Constitution and treaties and international conventions. So as to justify the position in defense of the workers and craft apprentices, analysis of labor law, the craftsmanship and the provisions will be made in the Labour Code of Ecuador, with regard to additional compensation.
