Therefore, being an investment project of this commercial is directed to give cover to a human need identified in the Parish of Canton Calvas Lucero, same as its name based on the marketing of consumer products under the self-service arrangement. Literary Review related to different theories, concepts, principles and other standards developing a project of this type in order to know each theoretically happened to run efficiently became necessary. In the design of the project relevant to the development of each of its components methodology is also derived, while preserving the overall logic that an investment proposal to follow. Some methods such as the scientist who served as a comprehensive strategic study using auxiliary methods such as Inductive , Deductive , Analytic - Synthetic and Statistical , also research techniques among which was used was used contained the survey, interview and observation became key to the development of this work factors. The results of the investment project five elements of vital importance that start with the implementation of a market study that allowed are identified and facilitated data collection and results of one form or another were analyzed and processed using statistical tools to determine both supply and demand of the business proposal.
