The proposed investigation involves a group of factors or administrative, financial components and of organization to relate them inside the sustainable handling of the company and to achieve a new managerial image for the city and county of Cuenca. Under this perspective he/she intends to the factory of sponges "you SCUM OF THE AUSTRO "to elaborate a strategic Plan with the purpose of impelling a new current vision and to future to generate bigger local development inside their mission proposed as Industrial Company. With the perspective of strategic planning for the factory of sponges "you SCUM OF THE AUSTRO "the proposed present consists of the following phases: The summary makes reference to an entire investigation where it is stood out the results according to the outlined objectives the same one that synthesizes the recommendations and present discussions in the investigation.
