| Résumé: | The research entitled "Management for the Agroecological Production of coffee cultivation (coffea arabica L.) in the San Pedro sector, Centro Poblado Menor de Cesara, District of Namballe del Peru", set the following objectives: To carry out a diagnosis of the Productive and economic situation of coffee production; To elaborate a proposal of agroecological management for the production of the coffee and To socialize the results of investigation with the producers of coffee of the zone under study. The methodology consisted in the application of techniques such as: surveys, direct observation and field visits, made to each of the coffee producers in the Sector; And thus be able to carry out a situational diagnostic of the research sector. In addition, the methods were applied as: scientific, analytical, inductive - deductive in order to prove them with rational rigor and to test them in the experiment and with the techniques of its application. Subsequently these data were tabulated, analyzing them in tables and figures, the same ones that are presented in results. After analyzing the results of the surveys plus the direct observation and bibliographical research, the agroecological alternative for the coffee producers of the San Pedro sector was elaborate The variables that were used in the project were situational analysis of coffee production; Profitability of improvement and dissemination of results. From the results obtained can be deduced, there is availability of land, there are diverse varieties among them resistant and prone to pests and diseases, have some technical training, manage some organic fertilizers, some organic production awareness in producers and keep accounting records . According to the situational analysis and profitability was determined the major shortcomings in regards to expenses is $ 300 to $ 14090 nuevos soles and income from $ 2750 to $ 24000 nuevos soles in relation to profit cost to $ 1.67 nuevos soles with a profit of $ 21 , 03 new soles, obtaining a profitability of, $ -100%. Therefore, the proposal of organic management of the coffee crop, which is focused on the technical management of the crop, harvesting, postharvest and marketing of the same. The initial costs for the investment proposal of one hectare are $ 6858.16 nuevos soles and in tools is $ 524 nuevos soles. Both in economic, social and environmental aspects The following research concludes that there is the means and resources necessary to implement and expand organic coffee crops in this sector, trying to position as one of the sites with the highest production of organic coffee for export, so it is recommended To apply the elaborated proposal, which can improve the profitability per hectare of the producers of the sector and serve as a reference for the neighboring producers. |
