| Samenvatting: | The importance of treatment and development of this study lies in the need to know the current legal and legal framework of the Organic Law of the People and Solidarity Economy and Financial System and United People like the way it is today applying and using our law as it currently and from ancient times the cooperative there seeking the common good of their nonprofit partners. This research is motivated by the concern takes several factors contributing to this law harms not respect the provisions of our Constitution which allows us to free association for the sole purpose of progress and common good of our society. According to this research comes the need to focus on the issue that is of paramount importance to study and research subject, the limitation specified in the last paragraph of Art.26 of the Organic Law of the People's Solidarity Economy and the Financial Sector popular and Solidarity, where participation is limited to the formation of a cooperative housing for spouses or persons who maintain union.
