Sumari:The investigation relates to the "Teleeducation and its impact on the teaching-learning process of students in the third year of high school specialty school computer remotely Stephen Hawking of the city of Ambato. 2009-2010. Alternative guidelines” Currently, globalization and the rapid advance of new technologies makes it possible to know a lot of information immediately in all fields of knowledge as well as be used as an excellent means of communication in the teaching-learning process, either way synchronously or asynchronously as well, making it a priority to consider the Tele-education as a descriptor in the academic area. Using the descriptive method, as well as the implementation of the respective surveys of teachers, students, administrative area and authorities, information was empirical, it was analyzed and processed in a qualitative manner and then are confronted with all the theoretical references. According to the criterion of teachers, students, administrators and authorities confirmed that the tele-education and technology tools are a fundamental element in the teaching-learning process, considered as a valuable academic support that contributes significantly to the development and acquisition tutorial knowledge. It is considered that some students do not have access to the computer as well as to Internet service for many different occasions, so have had to attend in their sector computer centers as well as computer labs at school, according to the availability of time , however, have overcome this handicap. The present investigation determines that the tele-education with the use of NTics must be assumed as an important element in the development of teaching and learning, to achieve the objectives of the academic process. Finally posed alternative guidelines and recommendations for teachers and students College Distance "Stephen Hawking" in the city of Ambato in order to ensure better use of NTics, more effective communication and motivating time and achieve satisfactory results in the teaching-learning process.
