Plan de mejoramiento de la granja agropecuaria del colegio Hernán Malo González, ubicado en el recinto las Mercedes cantón y provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas

This paper's main objective is to improve the production of agricultural farm of Agriculture College Hernán Malo González, by implementing a participatory plan for improving the farm and their possible sustainable and viable projects, where participate, teachers, students and community interested in having an agricultural educational tool that allows the development of the parish, using its resources efficiently. Consequently for development was used in the methodology, diagnosis through SWOT analysis, which is a participatory approach where all stakeholders involved in this issue. This process allowed us to search and analyze proactively and systematically, all the variables caused by the improper operation of the educational farm at the College, obtaining adequate information that allowed us to make decisions, such as defensive strategies, conservation and reorganization farm, according to the case. This tool is able to potentiate our strengths, make the most of the opportunities, and strengthen weaknesses and threats to attack the farm and our Agricultural College, whose results are presented in the respective matrices. The paper ends with the structure: Title, reflecting the existing problems; Summary, where work is presented in a systematic and synthesized; Introduction refers to the importance of the subject under study and gives an overview of this research; Literature Review, constitute the scientific content in which the development of the research is based; Materials and Methods, where different procedures, methods, variables and evaluate research techniques applied are indicated; Results, presented in concrete form the various strategies and possible projects for improving overall farm Hernán Malo González College; Discussion where an analysis and evaluation of the results is performed; Conclusions based on objectives and results; Recommendations that are positive actions to improve farm study, culminating in the literature references which consist of reference works and the annexes, which are documents that allow to verify the whole process of the realization of the thesis
