Resumo:ARTISTIC EXPRESSION TEACHING AND ITS IMPACT ON BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION FIRST YEAR CHILDREN CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT “EJERCITO ECUATORIANO SCHOOL LAGO AGRIO CANTON SUCUMBIOS PROVINCE PERIOD 2013-2014". ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES. It was conducted according to the provisions of the Rules of Academic System of the Loja National University. The General Objective: To present the importance of the Teaching for Artistic Expression in the was Basic General Education First Year Children Creative Development The methods used for the preparation of this research work were: Scientist, Inductive-Deductive, Analytic-Synthetic; and Statistical Model, the same that served effectively help to achieve the proposed goal. The techniques and instruments used were an Inquiry applied to the Master to determine the processes used as teaching strategies in Daily Working Hours for Teaching Artistic Expression in the girls and boys High School, First Grade, School of Basic General Education "Ecuadorian Army"; and an Observation applied to assess the Development of Creativity. It is concluded that: 100% of teachers report that surveys of the processes used as a teaching strategy in Daily Work Session Teaching for Artistic Expression considers the most important is the process of receiving; and 67% creative process. Regarding the observation guide applied to children to assess the Development of Creativity, the results determine that: 58% of children in the completion of each of the activities gets a rating of Very Satisfactory 38% Satisfactory; and 4% Unsatisfactory.
