One of the problems that Canton Shushufindi has is the lack of integral tourist centers, since the current ones are not large enough to cover both internal and external tourism, because of their facilities that are insufficient for the number of people residing in the canton. of Shushufindi, as well as the services that these provide since they are only of one type of activity, the inhabitants of this region have chosen to incorporate modern infrastructures into nature based on the technological level for other types of tourists who not only wish to observe the Amazon but relax, have fun, relax and perform recreation activities in one place. For the research and execution of the thesis project with the theme: Elaboration of the business plan for the implementation of the tourist complex "LA SOGA", in the community March 28, belonging to the Canton Shushufindi, Sucumbíos Province. It was proposed as a general objective: Prepare the business plan for the implementation of the tourist complex "LA SOGA", in the community March 28, belonging to the Canton Shushufindi, Province Sucumbíos, the same that was made through the fulfillment of three specific objectives which consisted of: first, making the situational diagnosis of the community March 28, belonging to the 6 canton Shushufindi, province of Sucumbíos; Second, Prepare the business plan for the implementation of the tourist complex, in the community March 28, belonging to the Canton Shushufindi, Sucumbíos Province, and third; Socialize the project to the inhabitants of Canton Shushufindi, Province of Sucumbíos. The methodology used for the development of the research is related to the methods: Deductive, inductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical, as well as techniques of: Direct observation, survey and MARPP. In addition, the MINTUR tourist attraction inventory farms were used, which are evaluated to determine their hierarchy. The result obtained in the situational diagnosis of the community March 28, determines important parameters within the socio-economic and socio-cultural analysis, serving as the basis for compliance with the proposed business plan. The second objective is structured in several studies such as the market where the supply, demand and marketing mix were analyzed; in the technical study the size and location of the project was determined, as well as in the administrative study and the organizational structure of the Tourist Complex "La Soga"; In the financial study, the initial investment necessary for the start-up of the business was analyzed with an amount of $ 162.542.81 dollars, with a loan of $ 50,000 representing 30.76% of the total investment, the financial evaluation indicates a VAN of $ 114.427.77, TIR of 33.54%; an R B / C of 1.37 dollars of profit per dollar invested, with a PRC of 2 years, 8 months; as a result of the socialization it was determined that the proposal represents an alternative to boost the tourist activity of the Canton and the community, improving the socioeconomic quality of its inhabitants. Once the research work has been carried out in all its stages, the feasibility and feasibility of the project is concluded, for which the different public and private institutions are recommended, the support initiative, constituting itself as the solution to the economic and social problems it faces. the population. |
