Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The purpose of this curricular research work is to formulate the value-adding thread of "academic networks" for results-based management at the Universidad Nacional de Loja in 2022", whose objective is to disseminate the importance of quality management in the preparation of a processes manual, since its importance lies in having an instrument that improves the sub-process in question, considering the great importance of academic networks since it tries to change the paradigm of conventional education towards the construction of a scheme of collaborative education to meet the objectives of the University as well as the area of Links with Society. For the design of this research, the inductive method was used together with research techniques such as: observation sheet, interviews, etc. The same ones that helped to determine the current situation of the Linkage Area with Society and the thread of academic networks, to then with the help of the analytical method, to be able to synthesize the information, analyze the results found to give way to the elaboration of the manual, With all this presented, it can be determined if adjustments are needed in terms of the guidelines and its execution, all this with the purpose of presenting the improvement proposal to strengthen the area of Links with the Company. In this way, we proceeded to socialize the proposal of the process manual to the key actors of the sub-process, showing their satisfaction with the management tool delivered and after that the results discussion is carried out, in which it is linked to the results. research with its theories, giving way to the conclusions and recommendations of the research work. |
