Factores desencadenantes de vaginitis y vaginosis bacteriana en las pacientes atendidas en el Subcentro de Salud Aguagora

The present work titled “agents triggers of bacterial vaginitis and vaginosis in treated patients in the health Sub-Center AGUANGORA". The general objective is to determine the main agents triggers in patients between 19-65 years old. The specific objectives are to evaluate the psychosocial impact that is generated by the signs and symptoms and determine the age group with the highest valence in diagnosis. The study is quantitative, descriptive, prospective and cross section which made it possible to know the reality of the issues raised,the technique used was a survey of patients who attended the Aguangora. Health Subcenter It was determined that 74% of patients had Vaginitis, followed by 26% with bacterial vaginosis, where the highest prevalence of these diseases are between 19-23 years of age with 42 In terms of the triggers using panty liners daily with 40% and soaps with acid pH for douching with 30%. Finally the study of the psychosocial impact that is generated in the patients treated in order of frequency are: 34%discomfort, 28%sadness and 20% fear.
