Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | Alcohol consumption is rooted in our society becoming a public health problem, the lack of control by the state to implement state policies that help prevent consumption aggravated the problem to permeate our society. Alcohol has become the leading cause of traffic accidents as a result giving material damage, injury and loss of life. Road safety is the prevention of traffic accidents or minimizing its effects, especially for the life and health of people, when they have a fact rather unwanted traffic. It also refers to the technologies used for this purpose in any medium ground displacement. And its efficiency is determined by the smooth participation of elements of the transit system. Our legislation must be at the forefront of the apparitions of new behaviors that may disturb the peace and social harmony, its standardization to prevent these types of behaviors is necessary. |
