Čoahkkáigeassu:This final career project aims to provide the Diócesis de la Inmaculada Concepción de Loja and especially to its ecclesiastical parishes, a web management system called Ekklesia 1.0 sacramental, and proposes a data model by using an ontology, to export and import information of the sacraments. The selected methodology for the development of the system was Iconix, the backend of the application was implemented with the Django framework based on python, while the frontend was developed with html5, css3, jquery and bootstrap. As a result of applying these technologies Ekklesia was born, It provides to the ecclesiastical parishes services such as: authentication and authorization to the system, users administration, sacraments and Holy Mass intentions, register of provinces, cantons, civil and ecclesiastical parishes; and module of reports. The proposed data model uses the Enterprise methodology, starting with identifying the scope, purpose, construction and evaluation of ontology; ending with documentation of it, resulting in a diagram showing details of each parishioner with their respective sacraments performed. In the section of literature review, information related to the themes used in the description of this final career project was compiled such as: Diócesis de Loja and description of Ekklesia, Python: concepts, libraries used and Django: structure and components. The results indicate how Ekklesia was doing, starting with the functional and non-functional requirements, display prototypes, domain model, description of use cases, sequence diagram, class model, user training and testing the system; in the discussion the achieved goals set at the beginning of the project were described, finally the conclusions and recommendations were made at the end of the execution of the final career project was determined.
